I'm doing a brief report/paper on Microsoft and have been unable to find information regarding technologies Microsoft uses internally.

This data can be narrowed down to just Microsoft's IT department even. For instance, I'm trying to find out what is common version of Windows used on most desktop, DBMS, IIS versions (or Apache), programming languages, telecommunications data such as some basic equipements (router, blade servers, etc) and subscription services (t1, wireless, etc) used, and general hardware (Dell PCs, printers, etc).
