I've been searching the web thin for an answer to this question, but haven't been able to find anything.

We are on CS 2007 and using the BizTalk Orders Recieve Adapter. The minimum polling interval possible in configuring the adapter is 1 minute. What we would like is however a gurantee that every change to an order goes thru Biztalk some way.

The only other sollution for me is to create a proxy-webservice that all changes must go thru, and have this service do the logging - all users would have their writing access to CS removed.

I have similar issue in one of the project. To fulfill this requirement, I have added datetime stamp to order forms & line items. By default the value is null or any changes to the record we are making this field to null. BizTalk will load only the records which are null & once processed BizTalk will update this field with timestamp so that it is not processed again.
