I am using CampaignPerformanceReportRequest to gather account metrics from a fairly large custom date range ie 2017-06-01 to 2018-06-11

My thought process on how aggregation would work is that it summarizes and groups them between each range. 

When utilizing daily aggregation and ReturnOnlyCompleteData being true the intended request works fine.
When utilizing monthly aggregation and ReturnOnlyCompleteData being true the intended request does not work. In a previous thread it explained the meaning of ReturnOnlyCompleteData to only return if the data exists otherwise it will error. Since the end of the month has not finished this makes sense. 

When utilizing monthly aggregation and ReturnOnlyCompleteData being false the expected outcome would be to give complete data on that of which is available and then return partial data for the month that is complete 2018-06-01 -> 2018-06-11. 
The request completes though data a previous year before becomes skewed and does not reflect the same response as when using daily aggregation. 

I could use daily aggregation though I do not need such granular data and response times seem significantly lower within monthly aggregation. 

Is there another way of approaching this problem? Or am I misunderstanding the combined use of aggregation and ReturnOnlyCompleteData?

ReturnOnlyCompleteData must be set to False if the end date of the custom date range is set to today's date. Could you please specify how the data returned with monthly aggregation and ReturnOnlyCompleteData is skewed in your case? Are you referring to the TimePeriod column which only shows the first date of the month? Thank you.
