I'm following a introductory on live video from Microsoft at http://dotnet.dzone.com/videos/prototyping-sketchflow-sketchstyle-controls. I think it is really informative and so is the whole course so far. But there was one thing they said would happen that didn't. This is in part 4. In the SKetchFlow map the tutorial said there would be a page Sketch_Style controls. It isn't and I can't find it or how to get it. Is there a similar thing for Standard controls? Or some customized things like this. Hope there are instructions there on how to install them.
