I'm using project online and we have installed the Issues Part and Risk Part from the Project Web Apps.  This shows the active issues and risks that are assigned to me.

What I wanted to know is can I modify the information it displays?  It currently shows Active, Postposed and closed all as 0 because we have modified the drop-down list for status to be red/ amber/ green and closed.

Hi, the options of both webparts are very limited. The only setting regarding the content which is displayed is the path of the PWA. In general, you should be very careful with deleting / changing defaults on the Project Site. It may come to side-effects like in your case. However, adding additional content (e.g. fiels, apps) is no problem.
