我一直是从沙箱下载报告的示例PHP代码。 我有一个URL来下载报告但是当我在浏览器中尝试时，我被告知我无权访问它。 有谁知道我做错了什么？ 

I've been the example PHP code to download a report from the sandbox.  I've got a URL to download the report from but when I try it in a browser I get told I'm not authorised to access it.  Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
