我们正在使用TFS 2015 UP3。 

我可以保存Chrome的用户详细信息吗。

IE有什么问题，IE有同样的问题吗？  使用Chrome访问其他网站时也会出现这种情况，例如MSDN论坛？

对于Chrome，您可以尝试以下方式：

A ：

尝试清除所有Cookie和缓存。为此，请按Ctrl + Shift + Del。

然后，看看这篇帮助文章，看看你是否已经启用了cookie存储 -   https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=zh-CN

B：手动将TFS网址添加到列表中受信任和内联网网站， 

1. 点击地址栏最右侧的Chrome菜单 图标。
2. 点击  设置，滚动到底部，然后点击显示高级设置链接。
3. 点击  更改代理设置 （在网络下
4. 点击  安全标签 >  可信站点 图标，然后点击网站。      
   
5. 输入您的可信站点的TFS网址，然后点击添加。
6. 还点击安全标签>
   本地Intranet > 网站> 高级，然后将TFS网址添加到区域
7. 点击 关闭>  确定。

C：

如果问题仍然存在，请尝试删除chrome C中的用户文件夹：\ Users \  username   \ AppData \ Local \ Google \Chrome 然后再试一次。

Thank you for posting here.

What about IE, does IE have the same problem? Is this also occurred when access to other website with Chrome such as MSDN forum?

For Chrome, you can try these ways:

A:

Try clearing all your cookies and cache. To do that, press Ctrl+Shift+Del.
Then, take a look at this help article here and see if you have enabled cookies to be stored - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en

B : Manually adding TFS url to the list of trusted and Intranet Site, 

1. Click the Chrome Menu icon on the far right of the Address bar.
2. Click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
3. Click on Change proxy settings (under Network)
4. Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.       
5. Enter the TFS URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add.
6. Also Click Security tab > Local Intranet > Sites > Advanced , then add the TFS URL to the zone
7. Click Close > OK.

C:

If the problem still exist, try to delete the user folder in chrome C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome  Then try it again.
