I am trying to disable all build resources prior to performing patching. Does anyone know if disabling/enabling vNext Agents and/or XAML build agents and controllers is possible via the REST API (via PowerShell)?  If so, can you please share your code? I know I can go and disable the Windows service(s), but was wondering if there was a better way without having to interact directly with the machines.
