I am facing with some strange problem with my Blend for Visual studio 2013 and also with designer inside Visual studio 2013 himself.

The problem is, that everything is black, where should be elements like buttons,... But if I hover it, their borders start glowing blue, this is normal I think...but otherwise everything is black. This is quite annoying.

It looks like you have Visual Studio 2012 installed on the same PC. Am I right?

Please make sure that you installed Visual Studio 2012 Update 4. It should fix the issue you faced with :)
