The only func provided in the API, you can use to query intrinsic parameters is CoordinateMapper.GetDepthCameraIntrinsics. Which is what you need since Infrared frames come from the same sensor as Depth frame.

As for extrinsic ,that you'll have to do yourself to figure those out. No extrinsic parameters exposed in the SDK. This was provided in a similar thread by one of the MS engineers :
