First the Operation seems to set up and start properly, but then:

It's linked to content. For me it's working fine with some datasets and I get the same error as you with others. I tried to create test datasets entirely built with Wikipedia's random article selection but it keeps failing, no matter how many messages I send (more than 100 documents required). I got it working on only one dataset so far.
