I developing a proof of concept, on Raspberry 3 B+ with Windows 10 iOT.
For now it is a tiny program, but later I hope put a very big program.

For runing this big program need a very occurate clock, The millisecond must be perfectly accurate.

Do you know what is the most accurate timer in C++, which are able of course, to go on a Universal Windows Plateform and an ARM plateform
