I associated my azure ad user id with my dev center account maybe one year ago.

Today I was tring to setup auto submission from vsts. When I click on sign in with azure AD, it asks for my user id and password, but I forgot which id has been associated with my dev center account. is there any way that I can retrieve the user id associated or reset?
