I have a Windows 8.1 silverlight app which also runs on windows 10. I have many submission of my app to the store but now when I'm trying to submit a new Update , 'xap' file is not getting upload. Continuous validating for hours and hours is going on.

注意 - 我的xap文件正在使用Windows部署工具在我注册的Windows手机上运行。

Note - My xap file is running on my registered windows phone using Windows Deployment Tool.

I have tried to test it and I manage to upload the .xap file to my package section so it should not be the server side problem.
