This wil be my 2nd time using MSDN Forums and I got NO replys to my first question.  Lets see how this one goes.

I am presently documenting our network.  At this point I'm addressing each server we have on our domain and what its role is.  Does anyone have a template or a spreadsheet that I could use to do this with?

It's very hard to define a generic template for documenting. It all depends on what information you wish to include in your document. Maybe you have several documents for your network (an overview-document, a detailed network topography document, a detailed network policy information document, a document per server/cluster of servers/type of server/...) It all depends on what you're trying to do.

For instance, if you have a new hire in your team, for starters, you might just want him/her to read the basic overview-document and the network policy so they can study this.
