I'm using BizTalk 2013 on Windows Server 2008R2. I tried to configure polling interval in order to decrease file transfer speed. I set polling inverval settings and restarted TransmitHost. Then I profiled sql queries and saw that nothing was changed. The polling interval still was 500ms
