A co-worker received an error when after installing SP1 updates to Windows Server 2008 R2 Virtual server.  Once completed a reboot was required.  After waiting 15 minutes, he tried to remote to the machine but it gave the following error:

"Your Remote Desktop session ended."

"The connection to the remote computer was lost, possible due to network connectivity problems.  Try connecting to the remote computer again.  If the problem continues, contact your network administrator or technical support."

stop the remote desktop services and  uninstall Hotfix 2667402 and re-install the same then start the remote desktop services.
