I am finally getting a handle on WebSitePanel and have most things configured.  However, I notice that the first-time experience after the server sits idle for some time, can result in a timeout error when trying to get to the login page.  I know this is dealing with application caching but I don't know exactly how to make it keep the application cached for x hours so it doesn't have to recompile when someone its it after a long idle time.

is actually the problem with the sql connection as if there is idle connection waiting for a period of time, it will dropped the connection.
