Currently the WDK Guardrail Analysis test fails for our device driver the the message from te.wtl:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Kits.Drivers.ApiValidator, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

File name: 'Microsoft.Kits.Drivers.ApiValidator, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' at Microsoft.Hardware.Kits.Tests.ApiValidation.HLKApiValidation.ValidateGuardrailApi()

This seems like a HLK Error, NOT a driver error. Please Assist.
