I have one application which uses UCC API SDK to auto accept incoming audio/video call from the incoming call I have the sip address of the caller but I want to get the display name. Is there any way to query or get the display name of the remote client from its sip address.

Unless they are already on the contact list for the user and you have cached the contactcard category for them, you would need to poll for their published contactcard instance and get the display name from there.
