I've gotten the web deploy in TFS working, using the following https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/build/apps/cd/deploy-webdeploy-iis-winrm .

However, what's being deployed is a couple revs old.  I've checked the drop folder and it has current data.  The logs show that the up to date data is moving to the web deploy folder. 

I'm at a loss.  Can anybody give me a direction to look in?

I can post whatever logs or environment/config data that are necessary.

Good afternoon,

An update- I manually replaced the web folder in the auto-deployed version with the current version.  It shows the updated web page until a new build is created, then it reverts back to the old out of date version.

The web deploy shows that it is using the current build for deployment.
