I have a requirement where a document (Contract) is uploaded to a SharePoint library. Later the document is downloaded and changes were made. During the changes, the lawyers also change the file name with some prefix.

按设计，如果文件名不一样，我们不能用新版本覆盖原始文件，它会在文件库中创建一个新文件。

By design, if the file name it not the same, we can't override the original document with a new version, it will create a new document in the document library.

如果文件名的前缀是固定的，我们不需要创建单独的UI，我们可以创建一个工作流来更改文件名。并查看版本历史记录中的原始文档。

If the prefix of the file name is fixed, we don't need create a separate UI, we can create a workflow to change the file name. And see the original document in version history.

如果文件名的前缀未修复，我们必须手动更改UI中的文件名。

If the prefix of the file name is not fixed, we have to change the file name in the UI manually.
