I am receiving a file of type image from FTP location, I want to extract that files properties.

I am using disassembling pipeline component is there any way so that I can get those extended properties of file while receiving that from FTP ?

You could have a look at SFTP and the free adapter from blogical if it offers size/date etc
I know the SFTP adapter from nsoftware can do this
