This can be done using Server Explorer in Visual Studio. The images below show the start of the process. From here you create table(s). For the columns, if your data is in a .xsd file then look at the field definitions and match them in the new table(s).

On a side note, data is usually stored under C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA and unless you deleted it the database files are still there just detached.
