I could not see gridview border in IE except Google Chrome and Firefox.

Hi,

This may be due to browser style sheet different.

You can install Developer Tool / Inspection Element (by Default available in IE 8 and above).
Use Function Key

[F12]

in IE browser to view that Tool, select the Grid control using pointer available in that tool and check for the border property in HTML & CSS codes.
Please set border Size to large value and also include some color styles.
