I am using my t-moble hotspot on my laptop it used to work perfect but now it keeps shutting off and I have to keep turning it back on. What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks

As my experience in mobile phones and IT are equal I think that this is something I would be able to handle.  However, because you lack so much information it makes it such an oblivious question that it really couldn't be answered to your satisfaction.   We can leave the phone out of here...if you verified that you have a working hotspot and and nothing has changed, there is never a case where I I have seen an issue with windows nor have I heard of any in my entire tenure.  Check with your phones signal with other devices, if that isn't the issue you haven't provided anything to allow us to help in any sort of way.  For example, make, model, changes made... Give us something to go on and let's get to the bottom
