Hi.

My problem is connected with license of Windwos 7 Ultimate N from BizSpark program. I'm talking here about one machine which is used by one developer.

Can I use one license of Windows 7 Ultimate N form BizSpark and install it on main machine and on virtual machine and use it at the same time? Can I clone that virtual machine (so it's one license and one activation)? Cloned machines won't be used at the same time - it'll be one virtual machine for one project I work on.

MSDN / BizSpark subscription retail keys of any Product can be used for 10 times on different PCs. Yes in your case you can use Windows 7 Ultimate N Key on your PC as well as in your VM. Also, cloning will only duplicate the content but you still need to activate Windows 7 on that VM.
