I tried to add a Linux image to ASDK but it's not visible to the end user, did I do anything wrong?

In the portal, go to the Marketplace. Verify that the VM image is available in the Virtual Machines category. You may refresh/re-login to the portal and then re-check. Also, just to isolate any specific issues with the account, do check with multiple end user account(s).
