I have seen this a few times in the past. I was not able to narrow down the specific reason. I only know that it may be caused by just one status update, which is corrupt somehow.

无论如何：您可以通过创建规则（Approvals - Manager Rules - New）来接受它所有更新，只需手动运行一次。之后，审批中心为空，未来的状态更新应该再次正常工作。

Anyway: You can solve it by creating a rule (Approvals - Manager Rules - New) to accept all updates and just run it once manually. Afterwards, Approval Center is empty and future status updates should again work as usually.
