We have been using the Bing Ads API since at least v9.  We have a daily routine that updates 10,000 city targets for 200+ campaigns in about 15 minutes.  We recently updated to v11 and the same routine is now taking over 2 hours.  Before I spend a ton of time trying to isolate the performance issue, I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this and what their finding have been.
