I have downloaded the sample code provided ; it works fine in Sandboxed Environment, but when I try to run it with "My Own Topology", Cross Domain error is coming with Autodiscovery failed.

Our domain is sharepoint.local and SIP address also ends with .local only.

What is the cross-domain error you are seeing when running the samples? If you are seeing:

You will need to add the source value to the cross-domain authorization list (ITAdmin-Configuration).  If it is another error you will need to provide more details/error message to better understand the problem.
