Hello - I recently did a Gantt Chart up and sent it to a few people BUT they were NOT able to open it. Why would that be? Do they need to have Microsoft PROJECT or does it matter? Thank you in advance.

Yes, your recipients MUST have Microsoft Project installed to be able to open your project files.  A better alternative would be to export your project as a PDF file and then send the PDF to them.  Hope this helps.
