我想在后台运行应用程序....就像移动中的警报一样。如果我已经设置了时间..那么即使我已经关闭应用程序警报已经在时间上响了..在我的应用程序中，我已经制作了旅游应用程序，我已经为用户提供设施来修复时间表......在活动当天通知来到移动设备.....但是如何通知用户与运行应用程序....为此我找到后台代理但它适用于Wp8 ....任何人都可以帮助我?????

I want to Run Application behind the background....just like Alarm in mobile.if I have set time..then even i have closed application alarm have been rung on the time..in my application i have made tour application in this i have given facility to user to fix schedule...on the event day notification come on mobile.....but how can it possible to notify user with out run application....for this i have find the background agent but it works on wp8....any one can help me?????
