Recently we have created a Microsoft publisher and development account for publishing our app to azure market.Only the release team has access to publish the app bcz they are the gate keepers on what gets published to the market.But now the development team also want to access the account for creating alpha ,beta apps before the actual release.so how do we handle this situation.Do we provide developers the access to the same portal which is used to publish apps to public ? or create a different publisher/developer account so that they do not have access to the same portal that is being used for pushing apps to production ?.Could you please answer to the queries as this is the first time we are using Azure market to publish apps.

Hello,

You can specify the development team members' permission by customizing their permissions (before that you can give them a standard role, like Developer).

You can enable the developer's permission by toggling the box below to the setting as you want.

So you can set Store submission as Read only and set New submission creation as Read/write so that they can create new submission for the product but cannot submit it.
