We have two production servers running in a webfarm. Yesterday we tried to install a hot fix on these servers. We only manage to install the hot fix in one of the server. For the other one we got the error message "None of the products that are addressed by this software update are installed on this computer". I have also seen the last days that the short cuts (business tools etc) on the start menu in this server have lost their icon and they are not working anymore. However, if you navigate to the .exe file it works to start the tools. We have CS2007 SP2 installed on both servers.
