I have an application that is developed to work on Windows Mobile 6.1 and a processor ARMv4i, but the device i currently have has WM 6.1 but the processor is ARM920T.

Your processor type probably isn't the issue. ARM920T is compatible with the ARMv4i instruction set. Most likely, the issue is in the application. What error are you getting?
