We want to use Windows 8 Embedded on our product. But I'm getting the activate windows message come up on the motherboards which were not used for the initial kernel creation. The hardware between our motherboards is exactly the same except the MAC which is unique for each motherboard.

How can I get the Activation key to work on all my motherboards which have unique MAC addresses?

Did you include the run-time key in the answer/configuration file in ICE. Did you run sysprep to create a master image? Or are you copying the image from one system to another?
