Hi there, Unfortunately WebsitePanel does not have such capabilities to recognize type of .Net Framework required for an app to run. However, to prevent customers from being able to switch a web site between frameworks you could left only one that appropriate. Also, to use a correct app pool for a new web site being created by a customer, you can find Web Policies feature very useful for those purposes.
