我很好奇WSP如何处理"完整"的问题。 IIS服务器...假设我在IIS服务器上获得20-25个重度用户（门户网站，企业服务器等托管在其他计算机上），如果我为IIS添加另一台服务器，WSP如何适应这种情况？  我可以添加另一个
IIS服务器，然后WSP会开始使用那个吗？ 我是否删除了我不希望人们从服务或虚拟服务器使用的IIS服务器？ （或是否这样做使人们无法再管理他们的网站？）  最好只需
从一开始就使用2台IIS服务器，然后WSP以循环方式添加网站？ 

I'm curious how WSP handles a "full" IIS server... assuming I get 20-25 heavy users on an IIS server (Portal, Enterprise Server, etc is hosted on other machines), how does WSP adjust to this if I add another server for IIS?   Can I just add another IIS server and then WSP will start using that one instead?  Do I remove the IIS server that I dont want people to use from the services, or virtual server? (or does that make it so people can no longer manage their sites??)   Is it best to just start out with 2 IIS servers from the beginning and then does WSP add websites in a round-robin fashion??

I know this is a lot of questions, but I'm trying to figure out the best way to build this out without requiring a complete redesign or change later down the road....

Well, this is really a question about volume/capacity. You can easily have multiple IIS Servers running. For example, you could have a different virtual server combo for every hosting plan that you offer. This is what makes WSP so great, is that it is modular.
