I noticed the following under Known Issues:

You should avoid restarting the one-node environment because Azure Stack infrastructure services do not start in the proper order.

Might you be able to work on some guidance around the proper shutdown and restart procedures?  It might be slightly difficult to give my 1-node POC server 100% uptime over the next few months in my lab environment.  I would hate to have to rebuild the entire TP3 Refresh POC just because my server went down or I had to proactively take it down for some reason.

Yes this still a known issue that occasionally occurs in TP3.
