i am trying setup sql server 2008 but getting compatibility issue said .net frame work 3.5 does n't found so , iam enable .net frame from control panel but the same message appear

You need to install .net framework 3.5 from Microsoft site

.NET Frameworks, in their major versions, can be installed side by side.
The fact is that .NET 3.5 is not installed by default in Windows 8.

You can try to :
- go to Control Pannel -> Programs & Features
- in the left part of the window, there should be something like 'Activate or deactivate Windows features'
- if .NET Framework is in the list, simply check the box in front of it ; otherwise, you'll have to download it from MS (Google should tell you where in few seconds) and install it.
- you may have to reboot / update a couple of times in the process.
