Hello, I am using Visio 2013 to make a Gantt chart. I changed ID number text to what I want already (e.g. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3). However, when I add a new task, all ID numbers after the  new task are changed automatically to integers again, it is very annoying. please help, thank you!

Based on my knowledge, it is the default settings for ID 1,2,3 etc. There is no setting in Visio to change it to 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and inherit it automatically.
