In BingAds API, I use BulkService to retrieve several entities from Bing. Using DownloadCampaignsByCampaignIds, can we download all the sitelink list of the account ie the sitelinks library of the account.  An equivalent operation to CampaignService's  GetAdExtensionIdsByAccountId followed by GetAdExtensionsByIds.

Yes. Please see DownloadEntity for details on how to include Sitelink2 Ad Extension records in the download data.

To get all sitelink2 ad extensions from your account's extension library, use the DownloadCampaignsByAccountIds operation. To get only the sitelink2 ad extensions that are associated with entities within the specified campaigns, use the DownloadCampaignsByCampaignIds operation.
