I have a Cognitive Services account with LUIS service active.

I have tried to make API requests using the subscription ID in the Azure portal and the 2 keys but none of them seems to be working.

Hi, the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key mentioned here isn't the key in the Azure portal. It's the key under Cognitve Services portal , you click "My Account" on top right to view them. You can use this console to test if it works afterwards.
