I have installed the release build 15063.0, from IoT Dashboard, on RPI3. Trying to deploy any app from VS2015 I've got the following error:

相同配置（RPI3，PC + VS2015）与   build 14393一起正常工作。

Same configuration(RPI3, PC+VS2015) works fine with the  build 14393.

If I manually activate VS Remote Debugger from Device Portal I'm getting another error:

Do you have the matching tools updated for the 15063 image?  Do you have VS 2017 also installed on this box?  I suggest walking through the steps for setting up your Dev PC on WindowOnDevices.com to ensure you have all of the latest bits for the latest image.
