Hi Angela,
Each price tier has a corresponding value in each of the more than 60 currencies offered by the store. The Microsoft uses these values to help you sell your apps at a comparable price point worldwide. I understand your concern with the exchange rate. The exchange rate will work  when Microsoft send any payment due in a given month by 15th day on that month and payout will be paid out in your local currency. You could access details about your payment info and download report in the Payout summary of the Windows Dev Center dashboard.
