You can use Conditional Formatting for that:

• Select column A. I'll assume that A1 is the active cell in the selection.

• Select 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'.
• Enter the formula  =AND(

AD1> = TODAY（））

点击格式.. 。

在"填充"选项卡中指定所需的格式。

Click Format...

Specify the formatting that you want in the Fill tab.
