I am new to VM and Windows Vista. If it's very easy for you please bear with me.
I have installed Virtual Server and created a Virtual Machine (Windows Vista) on my host (Windows Vista).
I am trying to send some files from host to guest. I assume I need to enable file sharing.
I installed the Lookback Adapter on the host, and I set a folder to be shared from my host ideally accessible using \\MyHostName\MyFolderName
From my Guest when I write \\MyHostName, it gives me an error message and doesn't know it.
what else should I do to be able to access this file from my guest VM?
Do I need to configure anything on the Guest? How can I configure Guest so that I use the Lookback Adapter connection from Host?
Please could you help me if you know

Hello,
Windows Vista uses Virtual PC 2007, which has the capability to map a local disk on the hard drive of the parent OS to the child OS. You can select this in the "settings" area of the virtual machine within the Virtual PC console. This is not possible within Hyper-V, due to the need to isolate the virtual machines for security reasons.
