I have been reading the discussions and saw a comment about setting arbitrary DSCP values using QOSSetFlow. I do not see how to do this from the SDK documentation. I need to set the DSCP values in order to get DSCP EF class 101110). 

So far the only way I see to do this is via the Group Policy editor on a domain controlled PC.

I think this is what we call tight coupling - not good. I hope I am missing an API method for doing this.
