Who can I contact about the certification process? I'm trying to update an app, but it fails every time. And I'm puzzled about a lot of things..
One thing, among other things, I'm curious about is how and why the tester use a Lumia 720 as test device on an app that targets minimum anniversary version of Windows 10. Lumia 720 is not a supported device for Windows 10.
Are the testers just regular people, some of them people that use old devices that they have hacked Windows 10 on to? Doesn't seem professional, or what?
The tester also says that I "claim this app to be a beta/test version". I do not. In fact this update is meant to remove the Beta in the title on the app that's already in the Store, and the update only contains the finished features and functions. But I can't take this app out of Beta and remove Beta from the title without updating the app. So it all seems impossible now. I have never experienced this kind of trouble getting an update out. I don't know how much energy I'm willing to put in to this, because this is getting ridiculous.
This is what the tester says:
"Apps that are beta or test apps are not allowed, your app claims to be a beta or test app. Finish the app before resubmitting it for approval. "
But nowhere does the app say that it's Beta or test app. Only in the current Store listing, that I'm trying to change with this update.
Is there an e-mail adress I can use to get in contact with someone?
One more thing, I notice WhatsApp Beta just got an update. It claims to be a Beta app. Why is that allowed? Are you really this unprofessional, Microsoft?
